IUPUI Pounded by IPFW 85-47

IUPUI was easily defeated by IPFW 85-47 in conference play on Saturday, Mar. 8. IUPUI fell way behind at halftime, 40-22, and was never able to get back in it. With the loss, the Jaguars remain winless against IPFW this season at 0-2. Mitch Patton put up a team-high 18 points and five rebounds in a losing effort. Ian Chiles got 12 points and added three rebounds.

Virginia Commonwealth, who cracks the AP Top 25 at #23 this week, leads two newcomers to the poll. Southern Methodist fell the most this week, losing seven spots to drop to #25.

T.J. Warren from NC State Wins StatSheet NCAA Player of the Week - March 10th, 2014

With two outings that included a team season high in scoring, T.J. Warren, a 6-8 sophomore from NC State, has earned the StatSheet NCAA Player of the Week. StatSheet's NCAA Freshman of the Week is West Virginia's Devin Williams and StatSheet's NCAA 6th Man of the Week is Marquette's Todd Mayo.
